After purchasing your chosen ticket, you'll receive an email containing your unique order number, an invoice, and a document with some additional important information. Upon arrival at the festival, we kindly ask you to provide your ID and your unique order number. You do not need to print anything, your name and order number will do just fine.

If you bought more than one ticket, upon entrance, you will receive as many bracelets as the number of tickets you bought. However, please note that it is your responsibility to allocate the tickets to their respective third party owners.

The campsite stay is included in your festival ticket and will be available from Thursday evening. There will also be access control for it. It is not possible to pre-book a space, but don't worry! The area is extremely large and each person is free to set up their tent wherever they see fit. The campsite also has toilets and showers. However, there is no electricity - we advise you to get flashlights and illuminate your forest home for three days.

In addition to your personal transport, for your convenience, we have also organized a number of shuttle buses.

Dear friends, we ask that you show respect to Mother Nature. Carefully collect your waste and dispose of it in the designated areas. We ask you to be mindful and responsible, and leave the Balkans as welcoming as you found it, so it can embrace us for years to come. Our surroundings must reflect the purity of our souls.

It is of particular importance that we all adopt a range of measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19

Namely:

• Each visitor will have their temperature measured at the entrance of the event.

In the presence of a fever, the person will not be admitted to the festival site;

• Application of general hygiene rules regarding hand and

food hygiene;

• Avoid contact with visibly ill people, especially those with cough and / or fever;
• Avoid contact with people if you are coughing or feeling unwell; PLEASE DON'T ATTEND THE EVENT!
• Disinfect your hands regularly using a disinfectant with at least 60% alcohol

and / or wash them with soap and water;

• In case of sneezing and coughing, cover your mouth and nose with your elbow or with a napkin, and immediately discard it in a closed bin / container;
• Adhere to high levels of hygiene - washing and disinfecting hands is key to ensure you are protected from the virus. Hands should be washed frequently and thoroughly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
• Avoid contact with eyes, nose and mouth, if your hands have not been recently disinfected!
• Keep a distance of at least a meter and a half.
• Let us all show responsibility for our own health and the health of others!

The festival will continue as planned, unless the organizers (Bedouin Entertainment & No Orders) announce otherwise on their official channels. Please note that despite the summer season, Bedouin is still located in the mountains and in the evenings temperatures are lower than usual.  

There is only one entrance and one exit + security checkpoint.

You are not allowed to bring any food, drinks, illegal substances or weapons on the territory of the festival. Everyone has to go through security before entering. 

Bedouin Entertainment & No Orders are not responsible for the loss of tickets, order numbers, personal belongings or access wristbands inside or outside the festival grounds. All those attending must be familiar with the safety rules and comply with them. The organizers do not take responsibility for any products or services from external contractors and companies.

Our organization has ZERO TOLERANCE to drug use! We ask that you comply with this and be responsible for your actions and decisions. We expect an increase in police presence, who will be carrying out inspections around the region, as well as at the festival.
